Everyone loves a surprise, right!?

Well, here is my secret: I have a heart for those who are hurting and a passion to help other female entrepreneurs!

I volunteer my photography services with the Tacoma Rescue Mission. I photograph their events whenever I can in an effort to help fund and spread awareness for their cause to help the homeless and hurting. I wholeheartedly believe in helping those in need by providing an environment they can succeed in. The Rescue Mission goes above and beyond by that by offering emergency services such as shelter and meals, as well as programs for prevention and self sufficiency. I love their calling and I have seen the impact of their work first hand. I am proud to support the Tacoma Rescue Mission in any way I can.

Ten percent of my profits go toward small business loans for women through World Vision. Small business loans for women in third world countries are especially helpful because in the unlikely event that a woman qualifies for a loan, the amount needed is too insignificant for the bank, and the interest is too high for the women create a profit. However, loans are necessary for these women to grow their businesses, support their families, and send their children to school. Through World Vision, women can receive micro loans with little interest and become self sufficient. The best part of all is that when a loan is repaid, World Vision loans it to another woman so my one time gift every year keeps giving.
