The City Farm Theater in Chehalis, WA will be opening as a new wedding venue later this year! Chloe, from Chloe Weddings and Events and I pulled together a dream team of vendors to make this styled shoot happen! We went with an art deco theme, and it complimented the theater perfectly.
My vision was to keep the color scheme simple with black and gold, and add geometric shapes into the design elements. Enchanted Bridals and Formal Wear offered to lend us a dress, and Chloe chose the perfect gown (you really can trust her to make any decision!). It was fitted, had just the right amount of train and was glamorous!
I knew Silver and Quill's jewelry was going to be a perfect match for the shoot as well. I was under the impression that we had a few rings being sent our way, but to my surprise there were necklaces as well. We ended up layering a couple, and they were my favorite pieces!
Ma Boulangerie in Federal Way brought in some more jazzy details with a cake and Chloe made the non symmetrical table set up look effortless. Lastly, our models — Makailah Miner and Luke Washington did an amazing job. They met for the first time on site and were laughing like old friends five minutes into shooting! Although the venue was still under construction at the time of this shoot, I cannot wait to see what changes have been made when I shoot here again!
